After nearly thirty years in a corporate environment, I began to feel the physical cost of long
hours spent seated at a desk — chronic neck and back pain, tension headaches, and
repetitive strain injuries became a daily reality.
Over time, I explored countless solutions in search of relief. It wasn’t until I was introduced to the principles of physical ergonomics through the Alexander Technique that I found lasting change. This approach transformed not only how I sat and moved, but how I lived and related to my body.
The impact was so profound that I chose to leave the corporate world behind and devote
myself to learning and sharing this work with others.
Drawing from the foundations of physical ergonomics, I now specialise in Chair and Smart Yoga — a gentle, considered practice designed to support the body’s natural
structure and movement. My focus is on restoring comfort, reducing strain, and helping
others move through their day with greater awareness and ease.
I believe movement should be accessible, sustainable, and deeply respectful of the body’s
design — no forcing, no pushing, just a quiet return to balance.
