What does a class involve?

These classes feature a structured workout that will help to improve your basic boxing skills, general fitness and overall strength.

An intensive workout, you’ll be utilising boxing gloves whilst our trainer uses his pads to takes you through progressive drills that improve your technique, power and coordination.

A fun and engaging workout, it’s a great to way get in shape and improve your confidence!
