What does a class involve?

The class begins with a warm up of the joints and muscles, and then will continue to focus on hamstrings, hip-flexors and hips or back and shoulders. Using active and passive stretching, the class will focus on releasing tension throughout the body. Our equipment and variety of stretching techniques will be used to improve flexibility, posture, range of motion and technique.
