What does a class involve?
Our classic weights session, our trainer will take you through a series of strength exercises designed to preserve and enhance your muscle mass at any age.
After a brisk warmup, the trainer will select an appropriate weight to fatigue your muscles after about 10-15 repetitions. Over time, as the exercise gets easier, the weights will be increased to match the increased level of strength.
Equipment such as dumbbells, kettle bells and the TRX will be used to help build strength in all the important muscle groups including legs, hips, back, chest, core, shoulders and arms.
