What does a class involve?

Our trainer will take you through a series of exercises designed to improve your functionality and strength.

TRX training, which stands for ‘Total Body Resistance Exercises’ is a revolutionary style of workout that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance and coordination.

ViPR training, which stands for ‘Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning,’ combines task-orientated movement patterning with resistance training.  By going through a multitude of purposeful movements with a load, it builds agility and strength.
